Brighton & Hove Albion manager Chris Hughton believes Liverpool are favourites to lift the Premier League title this season.
The Reds are four points clear of last season's champions Manchester City at the top of the table with 17 games to play.
Liverpool have not won the top-flight title since 1989/90 but Hughton feels Jurgen Klopp's side have the quality to end their 29-year wait to be crowned champions of England.
Albion's boss said: "At this moment, I think they are favourites simply because of the points difference and they've been outstanding.
"If we're talking about the teams that are going to challenge the most, I don't think I'm speaking out of term if we speak about Manchester City and Liverpool.
"You certainly can't write off a Manchester City team that have been the best team over the last few seasons and have arguably played the best football.
"Liverpool are the favourites but I couldn't tell you who will win it and I certainly wouldn't put money on it."
Hughton also praised the way Klopp has turned Liverpool into title contenders and said: "He's been outstanding for the game here.
"When you look at the top teams, we've experienced it at home and away, they are the top teams because they have the best players but also when you see how they work.
"There's players you possibly wouldn't have seen as hard working players out of possession but when you see how their team work without the ball to get it back and the quality they show, it's orchestrated by the manager and the demands of the manager.
"This season shows what a great job he has done.
"He has made good decisions this season. (Virgil) van Dijk could arguably be the signing of the season, the goalkeeper that has come in is outstanding and they are better prepared than any other time with the quality they have got.
"But it is all led by Jurgen Klopp and they are a great team to watch."
